I will attend your walk through inspections with you to make sure you are comfortable with your home and the quality of construction at each step. I know new construction warranties better than some builders and know what is and what isn’t acceptable, despite what some builders may tell you during the walk through. The builder you chose is willing to pay my commission at no additional cost to you!
